Biography

Andrea Ingenito is a materials scientist and Director of the Battery Innovation Hub at CSEM since 2020. With a strong background in thin coatings and photovoltaic technologies, he now leads research on next-generation battery technologies, focusing on new materials, interface engineering, and solid-state electrolytes. His work drives innovation in energy storage and renewable energy solutions.

Previously, Andrea was an R&D engineer at CSEM and a postdoctoral researcher at EPFL, following his PhD.
